The Cicero Kiwanis Club welcomed new Indiana District Governor and 46-year Kiwanis member Doug McMillan to its weekly meeting on Saturday, Oct. 7. Governor McMillian outlined his vision for the coming year, introduced the new state initiative to raise $1 million for Riley Hospital For Children’s youth mental health program, and thanked the Cicero Club members for everything they do to help the children in local communities and around the world.
