Sundstrom
On Tuesday, Hamilton County authorities issued an arrest warrant for Deborah Sundstrom, 59, Indianapolis, in connection with a June 30 crash that occurred near Broadmoor Drive and Brooks School Road.
Sundstrom faces one felony count of Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death and a misdemeanor charge of Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person after striking and killing bicyclist Robert Lackey of Fishers.
Sundstrom turned herself into law enforcement and has been released on bond.
