Church Church Hittle and Antrim (CCHA Law) announces that Madeline Richmond has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group.
Richmond focuses her practice on representing schools, cities, towns, and other public entities at the state and federal levels in a variety of claims, ranging from negligence to complex issues of federal and constitutional law. She also provides counsel in insurance defense matters, offering clients skilled and efficient advocacy throughout the litigation process.
“Madeline brings both strong academic achievements and meaningful practical experience to our team,” CCHA Law Managing Partner Alex Pinegar said. “Her dedication to client service and her commitment to public entities make her an excellent addition to our litigation practice.”
A proud Hoosier, Richmond graduated summa cum laude from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Before joining CCHA Law, she practiced at a respected Indianapolis civil litigation firm, where she defended clients in trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases.
Richmond is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She is also an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
