Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA Law) welcomes Kendra Key to its School Law Practice Section.
Key brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to the firm, having most recently served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the South Bend Community School Corporation, where she oversaw federal and state compliance, advised on employment and real estate matters, and managed litigation strategies.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kendra to the CCHA Law team,” CCHA Law Managing Partner Alex Pinegar said. “Her strong background in education law, compliance, and civil rights will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our firm.”
Key’s addition further deepens CCHA Law’s commitment to supporting Indiana schools. The firm currently represents more than 150 educational institutions across the state. Beyond her work in K-12 education, she also served as a Staff Attorney for the Indiana Supreme Court’s Office of Court Services, where she led the Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity (ICLEO) Program and supported civil legal aid initiatives through the Coalition for Court Access (CCA).
Key is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Robert A. Grant Inn of Court, and the CCA Pro Bono Committee. She also brings valuable language skills with intermediate proficiency in Spanish and beginner proficiency in Arabic.
