Carmen Ann Bromley

February 29, 1940 – December 11, 2025

Carmen Ann Bromley, 85, Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at her home. She was born on February 29, 1940, to Harry and Ann (Bowman) Teas in Mason City, Iowa.

Carmen received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ball State where she was also a member of Chi Omega sorority. She was a teacher and artist who enjoyed painting and designing Christmas cards and ornaments which she sold at Logan Village Mall in Noblesville and Gathered Finds Designs in Anderson. Carmen also enjoyed gardening and flowers. She was a member of PEO and Tri Kappa, and Noblesville First United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir for 40 years. Carmen married Dr. Ben L. Bromley on September 1, 1962.

She is survived by her daughters, Ann (Jeff) Bromley-Vest and Amy (David) Foss; and three grandchildren, Ariel Foss, Hailey Foss, and Kaia Foss.

In addition to her parents, Carmen was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Ben L. Bromley in 2021.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Carmen will be laid to rest next to Ben at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
