Carmel Police Department School Resource Officers Harris and Livingston on Monday joined Indiana Dairy and Indianapolis Colts Mascot Blue at Orchard Park Elementary School in Carmel to celebrate National School Breakfast Week. Studies show that children who eat a nutritious breakfast are more likely to reach higher levels of achievement in reading and math, score higher on standardized tests, have better concentration and memory, and be more alert and maintain a healthy weight.
