CarmelFest 2019 was all about celebrating culture, community and even candy. With all the fun, it’s no wonder 55,000 people came out to enjoy America’s 243rd birthday. Even Hamilton County Sheriff Dennis Quakenbush was spotted in the parade Thursday morning.
