Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is one of the most popular festivals in India. It symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. The festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy, featuring vibrant decorations, the lighting of lamps and the sharing of sweets among family and friends.

The Diwali Committee is dedicated to ensuring that the celebration is a true representation of the community’s values and traditions. The event will feature traditional music, dance performances, food vendors, and activities for all ages.

“We are thrilled to bring together such a dynamic group of individuals to plan this year’s Diwali celebration,” Dr. Joshi said. “This committee is a testament to our city’s spirit of collaboration and cultural pride.”
