Carmel Clay Schools board member-elect Greg Brown released this statement following his victory for the District 3 seat:

“I am honored to have been elected to the Carmel Clay School (CCS) Board.
“Our schools have been the crown jewel of Carmel for many years. However, this trend is changing as we have seen many families look for other options. A majority of our community has spoken in this election to search for common ground where our schools make academic excellence our priority focus.
“I have been humbled by the amazing and spirited team of people that came together to get our message out. I look forward to working with the Board and the Administration to find solutions that make Carmel schools the best choice for our families.”
