Beginning at midnight or after on Monday, Oct. 18, 116th Street between Hazel Dell Parkway and Eller Road will be closed to all thru traffic.
ICC Group will close both eastbound and westbound lanes twice for up to 20 minutes each time. These closures are only expected to last until 2 a.m.
