As of Wednesday, at least two of Indiana’s Republican gubernatorial candidates have met the statutory signature requirement to appear on the ballot.

U.S. Senator Mike Braun’s campaign submitted over 14,500 signatures, and current Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch’s campaign submitted more than 9,000 signatures.

“I am incredibly thankful to set a Hoosier record for signatures submitted, with 14,500 signatures, which is more than triple the required signatures to run for Governor,” Braun said. “From our strong grassroots team, who secured signatures in all 92 counties, to the robust fundraising operation, along with the endorsement of former President Donald Trump, it’s clear that we are building something special that will result in conservative policies that will improve the lives of Hoosiers.”

“The support of so many Hoosiers is humbling and encouraging,” Crouch said. “Our campaign has the boldest ideas, the most miles traveled, and clearly will have the necessary resources to fight all the way through to the primary election.”
