The Hamilton Southeastern boys volleyball team swept Westfield in a Wednesday night Hoosier Crossroads Conference match in the Royals’ gym. Southeastern won 25-13, 25-16, 25-21.
The victory improved the Royals’ record to 3-1 for the season. On Saturday, Southeastern played in the Bishop Chatard Ides of March tournament, beating Noblesville in four sets, 20-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-23, then falling to the host Trojans in four sets, 25-23, 19-25, 25-21, 25-15. On Tuesday, the Royals won a four-set HCC match over Brownsburg, 25-23, 25-13, 23-25, 25-20.
Southeastern plays at Carmel tonight, while the Shamrocks play their second game of the season tonight at Guerin Catholic.
