January 21, 1925 – April 26, 2026
Bonnie Lee Stinnett peacefully left this world on April 26, 2026, at the age of 101. She was born on January 21, 1925, in Noblesville to Freddie and Martha Widows. Bonnie lived a life that was as compassionate and generous as the flowers she loved to tend in her garden, always extending a loving hand to those around her. Spirited and social, she was known as the Queen of Heritage Woods Assisted Living of Noblesville.
Bonnie embraced her love for gardening, playing bingo, garage sales, and playing cards. She enjoyed being in the company of people and often shared her humorous side, creating an atmosphere of joy and fun. Her generosity and kindness extended to everyone she met, her warm and loving heart always making those around her feel valued. Bonnie’s life revolved around her family and friends, who were the most important things in her life. Bonnie was widowed by Andy Stinnett, with whom she was affectionately married for many years.
Bonnie leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to her family. She is survived by her niece, Tammy O’Tain, along with Tammy’s husband, Jack. She is also survived by her beloved great-nephew, Blake O’Tain, her great-niece Nina O’Tain, with whom she shared a special bond; as well as several cherished nieces and nephews, daughter-in-law, Artha Stinnett, and a son, Sterling Louks. Bonnie was preceded in death by her son, Steve Stinnett; her parents, Freddie and Martha Widows; her sisters, Maxine Dick, Mary Griffin, Evelyn Boyer, Wanda Freeman; and her brother, Garland Widows.
She also formed meaningful connections and treasured friendships with the compassionate staff at Heritage Woods Assisted Living of Noblesville and Brighton Hospice, Dr. Lee Sredenski, and her fellow residents at Heritage Woods, all of whom brought comfort, companionship, and joy to her life.
