Carmel company announces new leadership structure . . .
Blue Horseshoe, a fast-growing global software firm specializing in supply chain and logistics, announces the hiring of Monica Bolt as its first full-time Chief Financial Officer. The move comes as the Carmel-based international company also restructures its top executive leadership to support a new vision and strategy for the future.

Bolt brings more than 26 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and leadership to the company’s new corporate headquarters in Carmel. Prior to this move, she worked for 13 years for Remy International / Borg Warner / Remy Power Products in Pendleton, serving most recently as the company’s Vice President of Aftermarket Finance.
