On Tuesday, Jan. 6, Sheridan High School freshman Sophia Hufferd was named to the White River Valley All-Conference Team. This earns her one of only seven spots awarded to bowlers across the conference. Hufferd led the Blackhawks this season with an impressive 188 average, which ranks as the second-highest average in the conference. Her performance also set a new school record, making it the highest bowling average in school history. This outstanding achievement highlights a remarkable freshman season and a bright future for the Blackhawks’ bowling program.
