Betty Lois Glyn

June 5, 1931 – November 25, 2021

Betty Lois Glyn, 90, Noblesville, went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 5, 1931 in Tennyson, Ind.

Betty worked at Reeder & Kline as a machinist for over 30 years before retiring to spend time with and help raise her family and many others. Though her heart was bigger than her home, she always had room. She enjoyed the Cubs, NASCAR, Yahtzee, word search puzzles, jewelry, family pictures, Walmart trips for junk food to spoil her grandkids, and feeding her squirrels and birds. Most of all Betty loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by her brother, Jesse Glyn; children, James David (Donna) Glyn, Sue (Randy) Glover, and Kathy Glyn; grandchildren, Brandy Glyn, Kylee (Daron) Glyn, Krystal Glover, Josh Glyn, Tarah (Derek) Derbyshire, and Aubrey Basley; great-grandchildren, Ryan Brown, Ella Archer, Melanie Glyn, Kaylee Glyn, Vince Glover, William Ewins, Gavin Ewins, and Tatum Archer; special family members, Ann Earl, Shannon Pharis, Sandra Kay Phillips, Suzie Tomlin and CeCe Keran; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha S. (Isaac) Glyn; and her sisters, Margaret Glyn, Georgia Glyn, Patty Fox, Thelma Patmore, Norma Jean Tomlin, Sadie Mae Glyn, and Judy Glyn.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with Rick Patterson officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
