As part of a major restructuring of the Aspire Indiana Health leadership, the healthcare nonprofit has elevated seven individuals to new executive roles. It was the culmination of a process that began more than six months ago in consultation with AlignOrg.com, guided by the company’s mission and values.
“The process focused on a number of key themes, including ensuring we are clear how decisions are made and priorities established, how we report on our achievements and challenges, communication across Aspire and with partners, and most importantly, how we best support our colleagues in the critical work everyone does, every day,” President and CEO Antony Sheehan said.
The seven new executive roles are:
Dr. Jonathan Butler, who takes on the role of Chief Medical Officer after serving as Medical Director. He is responsible for medical and clinical leadership, patient care and medical quality and safety through the administration of Aspire medical teams.
Demetrius Dillard, who has been named Vice President of Information Systems and Technology after serving as Senior Director. He delivers transformation through technology innovation and oversees the infrastructure of all technical, communications and information systems.
Kelly Howe, who serves as Vice President of Home and Community Based Services, an elevation from Senior Director. She is responsible for the clinical oversight and coordination of specialty behavioral health programs through the management of residential and community-based programs, as well as advancing the CCBHC model.
Dianna Huddleston, who is now Vice President of Community Partnerships after serving as Senior Director of Outpatient Services. Her focus is the identification, nurturing, formalizing and maximization of community partnerships necessary to achieve Aspire’s mission and strategic goals.
Christopher Lloyd, who has been named Vice President of Marketing and Communications after serving as Senior Director. He safeguards and enhances the Aspire brand value while fostering dynamic communication channels with employees, patients and partners.
Vanessa Pataky, who has been promoted from Senior Director to Vice President of Service Access, overseeing all clinical oversight and coordination of access to services and Aspire’s Crisis continuum. This includes primary medical care assessments, behavioral health intakes and crisis services, as well as advancing the CCBHC model.
Jim Skeel, who, after previously serving as Chief Information Officer, has been elevated to Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer. In this new role sitting just below Sheehan on the Aspire organizational chart, Skeel is responsible for the internal senior leadership alignment, external board communication and Aspire’s Quality and Technology infrastructures.
