The Carmel Police Department (CPD) is investigating an incident that occurred at the Carmel Clay Public Library at approximately 6:33 p.m. on Feb. 13. As part of the investigation, CPD is attempting to identify the individual pictured above. If you have any information on this individual, please call Detective Devenport at the Carmel Police Department at (317) 571-2500 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-8477 (TIPS).
