American Bank of Missouri has named Pete Dunbar as Regional President for Indiana. In this role, he will be lead all aspects of the business for the Indiana market. The bank will operate as American Bank of Freedom in Indiana.
With 35 years of leadership, commercial banking, and wealth management experience in Indianapolis, Miami and Chicago, Dunbar joins American Bank from KeyBank, where he served as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for the Key Private Bank. He has a diverse background, including the establishment and successful sale of a de novo bank in Coral Gables, Fla.

Active in the community, Dunbar currently serves as on boards or committees for the Indiana University Student Foundation, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, and Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
American Bank of Freedom will open its first location in Indiana later this year. The office will be in Westfield at 14611 N. Gray Road.
