Isabelle Ellen Otter, 81, Fishers, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018 at her home. She was born on January 25, 1936 to Sylvester and Jessie (Pate) Rearden in Frankfort, Ky. Isabelle was a member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church and had been a librarian for Allen County and Anderson University.
She is survived by her husband, Warren Otter; her two children, Karen (Michael) Staton and Gregory Otter; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother.
Beginning in college, she became noted for her soprano voice and sang solos for oratorios and joined her husband in giving musical concerts for community and church groups.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Noblesville First United Methodist Church, 2051 Monument St., Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. prior to the service. Pastor Jerry Rairdon and Pastor Dick Judson will officiate.

The family has entrusted cremation and arrangements to Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes in Noblesville-Fishers.
