Hamilton County Commissioner Mark Heirbrandt (above left) spoke to the Cicero Kiwanis Club last Saturday. Commissioner Heirbrandt spoke of the status of both 236th and 276th streets at U.S. 31, as well as the Bakers Corner development. Cicero Kiwanis President Emily Pearson (above right) thanked Heirbrandt for taking the time to visit.
