Noblesville United Soccer Club joins Indy Eleven youth program

Indy Eleven on Monday welcomed Noblesville United Soccer Club (NUSC) as the newest member of the Indy Eleven Youth Soccer Program.

The Indy Eleven Youth Soccer Program is designed to increase accessibility to soccer in communities and encourage players, coaches, referees, and parents to grow their passion for the sport by supporting the recreational soccer programs at member clubs.

NUSC is now the 15th club to join Indy Eleven’s grass roots initiative – and the third within the last two weeks. The Indy Eleven Youth Soccer Program supports more than 15,000 young players at the recreational level across the State of Indiana.

“Indy Eleven is excited to have another Indy area club in Noblesville United Soccer Club join our rapidly growing Youth Soccer Program membership,” said Greg Stremlaw, Indy Eleven President and Chief Executive Officer. “We applaud NUSC’s robust efforts to introduce kids to the sport and keep them interested in and playing the game and look forward to Indy Eleven being a bigger part of those efforts in the years to come.”

NUSC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the positive development of the Noblesville area’s youth through their participation in a safe, healthy, and affordable soccer program that is fun and rewarding for all. NUSC’s objectives are to teach individual and team soccer skills to players, provide practice and game experiences to improve players, and foster a love of soccer in players and families that can last a lifetime.

“Since 1978, Noblesville United Soccer Club has served our community proudly. We love our families and the kids within the club and are beyond excited about the opportunities that partnering with Indy Eleven will provide them,” NUSC Program Director Brent “Rudy” Henderson said. “The Indy Eleven Youth Soccer Program’s player-focused methodology aligns perfectly with our club’s mission to develop quality soccer players, but more importantly, young men and women of good character. This partnership is a wonderful opportunity for both of our organizations to foster a love of soccer in our families for years to come.”

NUSC provides players with the opportunity to participate in a soccer experience where they can improve both technically and tactically, including the more than 1,000 players participating in their REC and REC PLUS programs. Most importantly, they develop positive self-esteem and build character by learning the values of community, respect, leadership, service, and integrity. NUSC aims to be the first place every soccer player in Noblesville plays in their soccer career, and to provide a lifelong opportunity to play soccer for the community.
