OneZone Chamber announces new political advocacy website

OneZone Chamber of Commerce has announced a new website: OneZoneVoice.com.

This new website includes questionnaires for Carmel and Fishers mayoral and council candidates. It also includes information on elected officials, OneZone Chamber’s state advocacy work and priorities, along with resources at a local, county, and state level.

The website features a new blog called “The Advocate,” a weekly blog discussing ranging from general educational topics such as how a bill becomes a law in the State of Indiana, to what is TIF and how is it used. The blog will also include guest bloggers from around the community.

“We are proud of the advocacy work that we do at a local, county, and state level and felt that with the work we do it was time to put all of our information and resources on one site,” OneZone Chamber President Jack Russell said.

Early voting has started for the May 2 election, and you can read each candidate’s questionnaire running in Carmel and Fishers and their thoughts on a variety of topics by going to OneZoneVoice.com. The website will continue to grow and add more resources and features to engage businesses and residents.
