On GHD.com, the company states, “Our forward-looking, innovative approaches connect and sustain communities around the world. Moving the furniture was a joint effort among GHD, SCS staff, and Sheridan Lions Club members.

Sheridan School Board Member and GHD Senior Geologist Tyler Henning facilitated the donation.

“It was a big opportunity that will positively impact our school and I’m proud of everyone who came to help,” Henning said. “I appreciate GHD donating the supplies and furniture, the school for working hard to pick it up, and the Lions Club for assisting. I’m involved in all three organizations, and it was fun to see them all work together – a great example of community.”

Mundy

Superintendent Dr. Dave Mundy expressed his appreciation to Lions Club members, SCS staff, and especially GHD.

“This donation represents a significant savings to Sheridan taxpayers, as well as a sign of this tremendous community coming together for our students,” Mundy said.
