The Fishers gymnastics team placed second at the Shelbyville Invitational on Tuesday.
The Tigers finished with a score of 85.875. Senior Savannah Strange placed third in the all-around with a 31.20. Strange took second on the uneven bars (7.875), fourth on the floor exercise (8.325) and fifth on the vault (8.125). Sophomore Stephanie Mack was fifth on the floor with an 8.125.
Fishers will travel to Lafayette Jefferson Saturday morning to compete in the sectional. Westfield, Guerin Catholic and Noblesville will also compete there.
