Free healthcare provider in Westfield updates its Board of Directors
Heart and Soul Clinic, a free healthcare clinic in Westfield, has announced the launch of a three-year strategic plan. The clinic’s mission is to provide the highest quality healthcare to uninsured and underinsured neighbors in central Indiana regardless of their social, cultural, and economic status.
The launch of the strategic plan comes at a critical time for the clinic due to the demand for the healthcare services and the need to grow in a sustainable way. The strategic plan vision is building Heart & Soul’s capacity to multiply its impact and will provide the clinic with a roadmap for growth, impact, and sustainability.
“We are so pleased that the creation of the plan has been with input from the board, staff, volunteers, patients, and the expertise of Hedges,” Executive Director Lisa Kreag said.
The goals of the plan include:
- Goal 1: Informed care. The clinic will partner with patients to deliver care designed to meet their needs.
- Goal 2: Intentional team support. The clinic invests in its people to support a mission-centered, diverse team of volunteers, staff members, and board leaders.
- Goal 3: Sustainable resource development. The clinic engages with its supporters to inspire sustained giving and strengthen its operational capacity.
- Goal 4: Broad community awareness. The clinic connects with the community to be a recognized and trusted health resource.
