Fishers’ boys basketball team took a trip to Mount Vernon Saturday and came home with a 73-56 victory.
The Class 4A No. 7 Tigers outscored the Marauders in all four quarters, leading 15-13 after one period and 32-27 at halftime. Fishers poured in 23 points in the third quarter, with Jalen Haralson scoring 13 points. Haralson then added another 12 in the fourth period, and finished the game with 33 points, going 7-of-7 from the free-throw line.
Two more Tigers reached double figures. Keenan Garner added 14 points, while Taden Metzger hit three 3-pointers on his way to 11 points.
Fishers is 3-2 and hosts Carmel on Tuesday.
