Horizon Bank Vice President of Investment Sales and Compliance Manager Kathleen Snyder has announced Barbara Maskew as Trust Relationship Manager. She is located at the Noblesville office, located at 44 S. 8th St.
Maskew has over 25 years of business development and management experience. After graduating from Indiana State University, she started her career as a Bank Business Development Officer and Branch Manager. She later transitioned to an Office Manager and Bookkeeper, and then Marketing and Public Relations Director.
In her new position, Maskew will provide financial advice and consulting clients, while offering a broad range of Trust and Estate Planning options and account management services. In addition, she will determine and manage investment strategies tailored for a client’s specific needs and goals.
