Fishers police investigate serious crash on 126th Street

The Fishers Police Department is investigating a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred early Saturday morning.

At approximately 1 a.m. Saturday, police officers responded to a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of 126th Street and Promise Road. Upon arrival, emergency crews located two vehicles, an orange Chevrolet Trax and a black Chevrolet Cruz. Both drivers, as well as two passengers in the Cruz were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

The drivers were Joshua Wise, 29, Fishers; and Nicholas May, 35, Fishers. Both 16-year-old juveniles are from Greenwood.

The Fishers Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the crash. Based on evidence collected at the scene and witness statements, it appears the Trax was traveling eastbound on 126th Street when it traveled left of center striking the Cruz. This crash remains under investigation.
