On Thursday, the City of Westfield welcomed business leaders, community partners, local organizations and city residents to the annual State of City address, given by Mayor Andy Cook (above). Held at Grand Junction Plaza, 118 Park St., the lunch was catered by Big Hoffa’s BBQ. In addition to the mayor, attendees heard from city departments and strategic partners such as Washington Township, Westfield Washington Public Library, Westfield Washington Schools, and INDOT.
