No one was injured in an overnight house fire in Fishers, but it resulted in what fire officials describe as a “total loss” in damage to the home. The blaze reportedly started at around 3 a.m. Wednesday morning at 11142 Timberview Drive, just west of Cumberland Road, south of 116th Street.

Firefighters battled the blaze for over 45 minutes. Part of the roof became unstable as fire personnel were inside the building. They were able to return to the interior of the structure to extinguish the blaze.

The Fishers Fire Department says the fire is out with a few hot spots remaining. Investigators were on the scene early Wednesday morning, but cause and origin are undetermined at this time.

According to a fire department news release, smoke alarms alerted the three residents of the home to leave the premises.
