Tigers fall to Arabians

Fishers dropped a home game to Pendleton Heights 50-42 on Monday.
The Class 4A No. 4 Tigers led 11-5 after the first quarter, with Kate Thomas scoring five points. But the Arabians outscored Fishers in the next three periods, getting cutting the Tigers’ lead to 21-18 by halftime. Pendleton then got ahead in the third quarter, leading 29-28 by the end of that period. The Arabians scored 21 points in the fourth to clinch the game.
Hailey Smith scored 14 points for Fishers, while Thomas had 10 points. Karina Scott made three 3-pointers for nine points.
The Tigers are 9-2 and host Hamilton Southeastern Saturday in the Mudsock game.
