Several Sheridan athletes were named to the All-Hoosier Heartland Conference teams in their respective sports.
In girls soccer, the Blackhawks placed second with a 2-1 record. Cecelia Timme, Emma Alexander and Chaney Smith earned places on the All-Conference team, while Mac Smith was named Honorable Mention
Sheridan’s boys soccer team, which took fifth as a team with a 1-3 record, saw Patrick Orlando and Trai Fitzgerald make the All-Conference team, with Michael Cronin on Honorable Mention.
Kenzie Garner was named to the All-Conference volleyball team, with Jacquellynne Bates on the Honorable Mention list.
In football, Sheridan tied for first with a 6-1 record and had seven players make All-Conference. They were: Jacob Jones, Gavin Reners, Cole Webel, Jacob Ricci, Gabe Holler, Keagan Hampton and Jalen Herron. Also, Peyton Cross and Preston Weir received Honorable Mention.
