Sean Stephen Hutto

August 24, 1978 – November 8, 2021

Sean Stephen Hutto, 43, Westfield, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on August 24, 1978 to Arthur Stephen and Danna K. (Howe) Hutto in Monticello, Ind.

Sean worked for Rural Metro & Seals as an EMT and paramedic. He received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in criminal justice and was valedictorian for his paramedic class at St. Vincent at 86th Street. Sean had been working for IU Saxony as a critical care paramedic. He had a passion for his job and caring for others. Sean was a member of Hamilton Masonic Lodge #533 and enjoyed target shooting, following the Indianapolis Colts, and a good cigar. He had even made a few of his own pipes.

Sean is survived by his parents, Arthur “Steve” and Danna Hutto; uncle, Ronald (Donna) Howe; his cousins, Tim (Rose) Howe, Chris Howe, and Ashley Howe (fiancé Kris Carter); as well as family members, friends and colleagues near and far.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur C. and Margorie Hutto, and Daniel and Mary Howe; and his brother, Jason Gahr Hutto, in 1983.

Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville, with Masonic Services beginning at 4 p.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 15, 2021 at the funeral home with Pastor Terry Bishir officiating. Burial will follow at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown.
