The Noblesville volleyball team swept Bishop Chatard 25-23, 25-14, 27-25 in a Thursday night match at The Mill.
Ella Peter led the way for the Millers with 10 kills, five digs and four blocks. Riley Branch handed out 37 assists. Ava Harris and Gabby Weihe both hit nine kills, Diana Cox collected six digs, and Ava Rundle had seven digs and two aces.
Noblesville is 2-1 and plays Tuesday at Pendleton Heights.
Hamilton Southeastern won its first match of the season Wednesday by sweeping New Castle 25-5, 25-17, 25-12 in an away competition.
Tiffany Snook hit seven kills for the Royals, while Lauren Harden and Avery Hobson both had six kills. Harden also made eight digs and served three aces.
Southeastern is 1-1 and host Lawrence North on Tuesday.
Sheridan dropped a straight-set match to Park Tudor on Thursday, 25-11, 25-17, 25-13.
Kenzie Garner led the Blackhawks’ offense with six kills and three aces. Payton Warren collected five digs to go with two aces and one block. Nova Cross handed out four assists, Taylor Bates had eight digs and Jacquellynne Bates had six digs.
Sheridan hosts Lebanon on Tuesday.
