The City of Carmel has decided to postpone the Art of Wine event that had been scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 23 in the Carmel Arts & Design District.
This annual event, which features wineries from Carmel and around the state, will move to the spring in hopes of enjoying better weather conditions.
“For the past few events, we’ve had to cancel the Art of Wine due to extreme heat or dangerous storms,” said Nancy Heck, Director of Community Relations and Economic Development for the City of Carmel. “Our hope is that by moving this event to the spring, we will have a better chance of cooler calmer weather and a much more enjoyable experience for our visitors.”
