On May 12, District Governor-Elect Scott Smith visited and spoke to the Noblesville Lions Club. Smith outlined his challenges for the coming Lion year, which begins July 1.
Membership has declined drastically over the past few years, and he discussed growing the membership. The Noblesville Club has tried to stay active and continue projects that help the surrounding community. Smith praised the club for its efforts and asked the Noblesville club to continue efforts where they could support his causes in the coming year.
