May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the City of Fishers is doing its part to help erase the stigma through events and educational opportunities all month long. Click here to learn more.

Brooks Schools Park

The Hope for Happiness event is brought to you by Fishers and HSE High Schools’ Bring Change to Mind student clubs, where you can enjoy mental health activities, food trucks, and more.

After the event, stick around as Fishers Parks features Onward for the first Movie in the Park of the season starting at 9 p.m.

Yoga at the Farmers’ Market

While you’re shopping your favorite farmer’s market vendors from 8 a.m. to noon every Saturday at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater (NPD AMP), take a moment to destress on Saturday mornings with free yoga at the NPD AMP stage from 8 to 9 a.m., guided by various local studios in Fishers.

Health & Wellness Expo

Visit the annual Health & Wellness Expo from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 22 at the Fishers Farmers’ Market to fuel your body, mind, and soul. Shoppers can explore local health and wellness services and products and talk to experts one-on-one about health issues important to them. Stop by the Fishers Health Department booth for mental health resources and Stigma Free Fishers swag.
