The Noblesville girls track and field team won the Pendleton Heights Invitational on Tuesday, dominating the 11-team field by scoring 154.5 points.
The Millers finished well ahead of runner-up Cathedral’s 80 points. Noblesville was led by two new meet records: Rylee Hassan tied the high jump mark of 5 feet, 6 inches, while Hannah Alexander won the discus with a new record of 130 feet, 1 inch. Hassan is in second place among Indiana high jumpers, while Alexander is in the top six in the state in discus.
Kiana Siefert won the long jump with a personal best 17 feet, 6.5 inches and also took the 100 hurdles in a time of 16.14 seconds. Reese Sanders won the 300 hurdles in a state-best time of 43.28, while Siefert was second in 48.93. Siefert also ran on the Millers’ second-place 4×100 relay team.
Other good performances came from Maddie Coates, who placed fourth in the 200 dash and sixth in the 100 dash, where she ran a prelims time of 12.70. Jenna Chatterton was second in the 200 with a time of 28.19. Delaney Boles placed second in the 400 dash, clocking in at 1:03.30, and Megan Feltner took fourth in the long jump with a personal best 16-7.
