“I hope industry leaders gain insight from these powerful discussions,” Lelle said. “I saw a need to bring people together in this industry, and thought a podcast would take influential perspectives to the forefront.”

Lelle has been in commercial construction management for over 25 years. His areas of expertise are in industrial, retail, senior living, and healthcare.

The first episode of IN Construction Influencers features Jacob Everett, a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD). Everett currently serves as a member of the Indiana Economic Development Association Legislative Committee, a member of the Town of Cicero Economic Development Committee, and is certified by the International Economic Development Council. He is employed at McGuire Sponsel, a company that performs specialty advisory services in four areas: Research and development tax credits, cost segregation, international tax, and site selection and incentives. In his role, Everett advises growing companies on their investment, location, and job creation strategies across North America.

A new podcast will be released each week, and you can listen wherever podcasts are downloaded.
