Hern, McKinney honored for their service on County Council

On Wednesday, members of the Hamilton County Council honored fellow council members Jeff Hern and Rick McKinney for their years of service to the Hamilton County Council. McKinney served 24 years. Hern served four years. Wednesday’s meeting was their last official meeting. (Left) Hern was presented with his plaque by County Councilor Steve Schwartz.
