Carmel seniors enjoy once-in-a-lifetime event

All eyes were on the sky to witness a once-in-a-lifetime event including those of seniors at The Barrington of Carmel. As the light of day faded briefly from view, the senior living community hosted a “Solar Eclipse Viewing Party” to commemorate the event. Residents and associates gathered in the front of the community to see about 90 percent of the sun blocked out. The senior living community provided solar glasses for each resident who participated. The senior living community embraces a wellness-minded attitude and holds events like the “Solar Eclipse Viewing Party” to encourage learning by focusing on an individual’s key development areas – physical, mental, social and spiritual.
