Westfield School Board

The Westfield Washington Schools Board of Trustees will meet in an executive session at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020, in the Media Center at Washington Woods Elementary, 17950 Grassy Branch Road, Westfield. The purpose of the executive session is: For discussion of strategy with respect to: initiation of litigation or litigation that is pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. As used in this clause, “litigation” includes any judicial action or administrative law proceeding under federal or state law. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(1b) and to receive information about and interview prospective employees (IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
