Carmel, Noblesville police need public’s help identifying vandals

The Carmel and Noblesville police departments are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the vandals who defaced a statue in Carmel and the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center in Noblesville.

At 3:43 a.m. on June 20, a male seen in this photograph defaced the policeman statue at West Main Street and the Monon Greenway in Carmel. Between 11 and 11:30 p.m. on June 27, a man was captured on video surveillance spray painting graffiti on the south side of the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center in Noblesville. The subject appears to be a tall, slender white male. According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department, the suspect fled the scene south across Conner Street and disappeared in an alley between the Yaeger Building and Barley Island.
