The weather in Central Indiana has been somewhat football-like the past couple of days, and it was just perfect for the Noblesville football team’s Black and Gold scrimmage, which took place Saturday afternoon at Hare Chevrolet Field. The Millers are under the supervision of second-year coach Jason Simmons and have a good number of returning players, such as junior quarterback Grant Gremel (14). Noblesville will travel to North Central on Friday for another scrimmage, then open its season Aug. 18 at Hare Chevrolet Field against Lawrence North.
