Riverview Health Foundation will hold its annual Women of Vision Presents: An evening of Inspiration on Thursday, April 29 at the Marriott Hotel at Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis. This year’s keynote speaker will be Minda Dentler, athlete, speaker and polio survivor.
“Each year, we invite a speaker who we hope will inspire and move our guests, and this year is no different,” said Megan Wiles, executive director of Riverview Health Foundation. “We’re excited to have Minda Dentler who embodies perseverance and resilience through her story of becoming the first female athlete to complete the Ironman World Championship after being paralyzed from the hips down due to contracting polio as an infant in India.”
The Women of Vision event will benefit the Women of Vision Giving Club, which awards grants to programs impacting women and children served through Riverview Health. Grant awards for 2020 will be announced at the event.
Registration and networking will begin at 4:30 p.m. and the program at 6 p.m. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.
