Local attorney Seth R. Wilson of Adler Attorneys in Noblesville has been selected as a member of the Indiana Supreme Court’s 12-person Technology Working group to work on new technology initiatives.
Indiana has been a national leader in justice reform in areas such as evidenced-based decision making, pre-trial release, problem solving courts and commercial courts. The Indiana Supreme Court is working on additional innovation opportunities designed to make Indiana’s system of justice more efficient, less expensive and easier to navigate. At the same time, it is continuing to ensure that justice is fairly administered and the rights of all litigants are protected.
Toward that end, the Indiana Supreme Court has created the Indiana Innovation Initiative to analyze research on justice reform, assess the impact of reform efforts in other states, identify innovative strategies to manage difference case types, and make recommendations for best practices.
