Ernest Fred (Budd) Probst passed away on August 4, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. He was born on March 21, 1941 to Fred and Sarah Probst in Noblesville.
Budd is survived by Kathelene Hammond; children, Deborah Schmitt, Cheryl Miller and Ernest Probst, Jr.; sister, Sally White; and brothers, Michael and James Probst. A daughter, Beverly, preceded him in death in 2010.
Budd was a member of VFW, American Legion, Vietnam Vets and Fleet Reserve.
Interment will be at a later date at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville, Tenn.
