Donald L. “Don” Woods, 75, Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on August 9, 1943 to Donald and Edna (Pearson) Woods in Noblesville.
Don proudly served his country in the United States Army and worked as a school custodian. He was a man who liked simple things and loved talking with people. Most of all, Don loved his family and grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter, Julie (Philip) Collier; four grandchildren, Philip Collier Jr., Anthony Woods, LaMonica Jones and Daryus Collier; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with visitation from 11 a.m. to the time of service. Chaplain Derek Hansen will officiate. Burial will follow in the Veteran’s section at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
