On Wednesday, Nov. 14, the Carmel Police Department took a theft report in the 10600 block of North Michigan Road. The Carmel Police Department is now seeking to identify and speak with the individual pictured regarding this theft. The individual was last seen interacting with the driver of the white cargo van pictured.
